Through this Privacy Policy, we request all users or visitors to carefully read and thoroughly understand the Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules / Term of Services) of our education portal before using our website/ web application/ education portal. Please use Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules / Term of Services) only if you fully agree with them.

By using our website/ web application/ education portal, you confirm that you fully agree with our education portal's Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules / Term of Services) etc.

Our Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules / Term of Services) are amended from time to time by Weblies Equations Private Limited; certain new points are added, and some points are removed. Therefore, you are advised to read, review, and understand our Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules / Term of Services) every week (at a maximum interval of  (7) seven days and the date and time when this change was made will also be displayed. Kindly use our website/web application and education portal only after agreeing to them.

The amendments made to this Privacy Policy will be considered mandatory for every user after a maximum of 7 days, to which their agreement is necessary. If they use our services after 7 days, it will be considered as their acceptance or consent to the changes in the said terms of services.

• Register online for the scholarship program.
• Check results online.
• Obtain their admit card.
• Share their reviews.
• Claim the scholarship upon being selected.
• Contact the management of this website.
• Share their problems.
• Register a complaint.
• Additionally, obtain information regarding other important government or non-government jobs/ competitions or other online/ offline education portals.
• Download or explore the E-Prospectus or other details and information to learn about our scholarship program.

Important Notice

Weblies Equations Private Limited, reserve the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or fully alter this education portal without any prior notice. One or more sections may be removed, new points may be added, or this entire education portal may be temporarily or permanently suspended or shut down entirely.

• To use our portal, it is mandatory to accept all our Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy (Rules/ Term of Services)
• If you sign up or register, it means you agree to all our term of services.
• To use our services, you must register or sign up. If you sign up or register, you are required to provide the personal or professional information requested by us. If you do not provide this information, it means you are not authorized to use our services.
• It is your (the user's) responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other materials. Strictly adhering to the "one person, one registration" principle, you will not permit any other user to access our services through your account.
• You (the user) will be solely and fully responsible for the use and activities of the account created via sign up or registration to use our education portal.

You (User) provide the following consent:

1. Weblies Equations Private Limited may contact you via Call / WhatsApp / SMS or E-mail, and we may provide you the information about our services/ offers/ promotional offers through these channels.

1. We may contact you via Call / WhatsApp / SMS or E-mail regarding offers / promotional offers/ orders/ delivery / shipments or other updates from third parties associated with us. Even if you are registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) / DNC (Do Not Call) and NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) services, we may still contact you via Call/ WhatsApp/ SMS or E-mail.

All users and selected candidates on our portal will be obligated to provide all requested information within the stipulated time. Providing incorrect, incomplete, or no information means your services can be suspended or entirely terminated, and any amount deposited by you will not be refunded under these circumstances.

Membership and Payment Terms

• Before participating in our scholarship program, the user must carefully read our E-Prospectus and other user policies, and then sign up or register on our portal.
• If a user registers for the scholarship program on our portal, it signifies that they are solely participating in the scholarship program or examination being held at that time, and are registering exclusively for that process. They will not remain a member of ours in any capacity once the results of this program are published.
• Only selected individuals can remain our members. Those who are not selected will have to re-register to participate in any other scholarship program the next time.
• In addition to the candidates selected in the Career Without Barrier Scholarship Program, this year we will provide free forms for the subsequent scholarship exam to 1,000 candidates who will obtain more than 60% marks in the scholarship exam. However, after the results are published, these 1,000 candidates will also cease to be our members; they will have to re-register, But t discount vouchers for the free form will be provided to them by SQS Foundation via WhatsApp / SMS / E-mail or through us or associated coaching centers / schools/ volunteers.
• Registration and payment on our education portal are valid for one-time use only. If you have obtained the mandatory fee-based authentication code or discount voucher for registration by paying an associated educational institution or their manager/director, and if there is any problem/doubt/objection or dispute, you must seek resolution from the person or place where you made the payment. If the payment was made to a third party, we can assist in resolving the issue, but we will not be held liable.
• We use a third-party payment system for online payments. If your payment gets stuck or does not reach us during the transaction, you will have to contact the management of that third-party payment system. You can contact us regarding successful online payments made directly to us.
• The Refund Policy will only apply if the offered services are not fully provided to you. If even a partial fault is found on our end, the entire amount paid by you will be refunded. You will need to submit a refund request after the stipulated time period has passed, and within 5-7 working days of receiving your request, the full amount paid by you will be refunded.

Terms & Conditions Regarding Free Services, Products, Free Offers, Trials, or Training

Any kind of free services or products offered by SQS Foundation or Weblies Equations Private Limited through our website/ web application and education portal—whether directly through us or via a third party—can be partially or completely changed/ terminated before or after the offered period without any prior notice. Free services or products shall not be considered a right of any user under any circumstances.

Regarding Renewal/ Membership

There is no provision for renewal/ membership on our website/ web application and education portal. Payment or registration on our portal is strictly for one-time use. Following the results of the scholarship program/ test, our portal is reset; only the details of the selected candidates are retained.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

The rule on our portal is to make a payment only after registration. If you have made a payment post-registration, the registration cannot be canceled, nor will any refund be applicable. Following the testing process and the publication of results, the registration will automatically be canceled because payment or registration is valid for one time only. If you obtained any kind of discount voucher/ authentication code by making a payment, and you used that voucher/code during registration, and the registration was successfully completed, the registration still cannot be canceled, nor will the payment be refunded.

Oath/ Affirmation/ Pledge and Indemnification by the User

• The user affirms and pledges that they will use our portal within constitutional and legal boundaries and will not perform any act that causes harm, hurts the dignity, or attempts to tarnish the image of SQS Foundation or Weblies Equations Private Limited, any other user/ third party, or any person/company/institution etc. If they do so, they will be personally liable for any legal or constitutional action taken, and they alone will bear the indemnification, including legal expenses, lawyers' fees, compensation etc.
• The user also affirms and pledges that they will not share any material used on our portal—including all types of images, brand logos/ monograms, audio, documents, files, study material, promotional material, all educational and non-educational content, copyrights/ trademarks, test material, mobile/ whatsapp numbers, email addresses, details of employees/ teachers/ students, and other users—with anyone, at any cost, or in any manner. SQS Foundation or Weblies Equations Private Limited holds proprietary rights over all the aforementioned materials. The user shall not misuse these material/ information. Furthermore, all other information/ material provided through our portal can only be used by the user; they shall not misuse the user ID/ password/ mobile/ whatsapp number/ email address etc., of any other user. All such information and rights are provided on an "As is" basis.
• The user cannot republish any of our material, use it via online/offline mediums, photocopy it, download and propagate/ broadcast it, create YouTube videos based on it, or promote, broadcast, or use it through any other medium. They cannot share it with anyone else, through any other medium, or upload it online.
• The user guarantees SQS Foundation & Weblies Equations Private Limited that they will not use or misuse any of our material for anyone other than themselves. If they do so, they will be personally liable for any legal or constitutional action taken, and they alone will bear the indemnification, including legal expenses, lawyers' fees, compensation, etc.

Notice Regarding Copyright/ Trademark Claims and Violations

Legal Provisions and Jurisdiction

All subject matter related to the terms and conditions used in the Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy provided by us, operated by Weblies Equations Private Limited, and utilized by the user, as well as the law governing the freedom of rights and usage, shall fall under the laws of the Government of India. You agree that for any dispute arising out of these rules (contractual or non-contractual dispute), the judiciary of Kanpur Nagar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All the above conditions constitute an essential agreement related to this service between Weblies Equations Private Limited and the user. If any specific provision or multiple provisions related to the above Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy are deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any competent court or authority, the affected provision will be limited or eliminated as per the order, while the remaining terms and conditions will remain fully effective and in force.

Ownership Rights and Transfer

Weblies Equations Private Limited may transfer its rights, liabilities, or ownership under the above Privacy Policy, Term of Uses & Refund Policy to any other party without any condition, hindrance, or prior permission/ prior notice. All the above term of services shall be binding upon the successors of Weblies Equations Private Limited as well as the successors and acting representatives of the user, and shall remain in effect for their benefit.
